The Bucket Wheel Dredger is an innovative hydraulic dredging machine that has been developed from the traditional cutter suction dredger. This dredging equipment combines the features of a land digging bucket wheel and a cutter suction dredger, resulting in enhanced cutting and digging capabilities. As a result, the productivity of the dredger is improved, while the energy consumption for digging and winch traverse is relatively reduced.
The Bucket Wheel Dredger utilizes a rotating cutter head to effectively excavate harder materials. It is particularly efficient in digging at the bottom of the cut and capturing heavy minerals. This dredger is suitable for various applications, including offshore maintenance desilting, hydraulic reclamation, as well as the maintenance of A-class waterways, B-class waterways, large ports, reservoirs, and lakes.
In 2019,we participated the largest reservoir dredging project in Asia, 5 sets of CSD with flow capacity 5000 cubic meters per hour that we built for dredging SuYa Lake.
China first large capacity Tin ore mining dredger with length 95m that we designed and manufactured, it won "2022 Work Boat World Best Mining Dredger Award"
